FACE IT AS IT IS

Suppose you were a stage artiste and you were to play the role of a woman, though you are actually a man.

Don't be ashamed to call quits on bad habits

You would put on a woman's dress and wig, talk and perform like a woman. But you will not forget that you are a man at the end of the act.

You would eventually get off the stage and go back to the dressing room, change into your real clothes and walk down the street. When you set out to work on Monday morning, you will talk and live like a man. It would be ridiculous for you to go back to work talking and behaving like a woman, the way you did on your role play the other night.
The same thing applies to you now. You acted in the wrong way before you knew it was wrong ( I'm not saying being a woman is a bad thing ) but now you have a new life that makes you differentiate the right from wrong.
You have been playing the role of a woman for a long time and sometimes you forget yourself and start acting like one. But then you remember again that you are actually a man and correct yourself. This is where you say " oh! I'm not a woman! I'm not on stage acting, i have to be real.!"

That is simply the same way you should stop a bad habit. No matter the habit, when you remember, and you will surely remember, STOP! Do not let the cycle of sin go on and on, and do not be ashamed or afraid to tell anyone involved in it that you cannot take part in it.
Get rid of bad habits by replacing them with good ones. Do this deliberately . Find out Godly character traits and train yourself in them through practice and you will be free from the suffering and evil of this 'cruel' life we live by today.

look for Godly character

EXCITED ABOUT YOU AT 25?

So, a close friend of mine suggested that I write about LIFE AT 25.(hey Clinton)  Well, I am not 25 - maybe not yet or already past it (guess you'll never know, lol). But come to think of it, there's so much to talk and write about it. One thing I know for sure is that most of us expect to have figured out everything (having a job, that dream car and a perfect life partner - name it all) by this age. People tend to feel so much pressure around this age. Society has a way to burden people with the many unnecessary expectations. Someone, actually at some point my boss, once told me, "If you won't have been married by age 25, forget about getting married!" Now all I could think of was finding me a boyfriend. What if no one wanted me? What if I end up having those creepy lonely nights without a husband? What will become of me without a complete perfect family of my own? What would people think about me? All this until one day I realized that 25 is ...

I AM QUEEN

They are the most over-protective brothers in history. I often feel like I am queen and they are my personal guards, except that I can't order them around, like a queen. which hardly seems fair. Needless to say, they have never let me near enough to a boy to be in a relationship. This one time, one brother, George, said on me over a boy I had my first kiss with, as if a girl couldn't have enough trouble securing a boyfriend. { why I am using this photo, I do not know } And so now it was the first day of campus for me and I was ready for it. I mean who hasn't been ready for a great time in campus! I went to the living room and there he was, Merck. HIM: So are you ready to rock your life in campus? ME: Hell yeah, cant wait to see all the cute boys faces. HIM: No way! you cant talk to any boys except for Thomas. ( see now, Thomas you wonder who he is. Thomas is one of our brothers, at least we make it look like it. He actually i...
